I came for the second time for the same issue, the issue was resolved and referred to someone else , but the staff behind the counter after being checked in was extremely rude . I wasn’t able to get her name but she made a very rude comment As my fiancé was passing by . She said “ if adults knew how to talk and be like adults people wouldn’t be having extra people wanting to be in the back … ect ”. I to Fast Pace because I have a upper respiratory infection and was wanting an antibiotic to help me recover. I had a virus over Christmas and what seems to happen every time is I end up with an upper respiratory infection. I explained that I got the virus from my young granddaughter and that her dad had it as and they both were tested for the flu, Covid and RSV and were negative for all of them. If I have to complain it would be because my prescription was not sent to my pharmacy. On the other hand everyone was extremely busy. I think the front desk could use some extra help. Maybe a tablet of some sort would be easier to use to check in instead of a phone. Also I went around the world to get there starting in Bolivar then Oakland and ending up in Bartlett. All that on top of being sick. I know most prescriptions are sent on line but I would have been in a mess if I got back to my pharmacy and it closed before I cou... read more

I will never go here again the nurse practitioner Mary is absolutely clueless as to what she is doing. She has misdiagnosed me and my family members multiple times. I went in for pinkeye because my doctor was booked. She did not listen to me. She put a solution in my eye making it worse. Told me I was going blind and going to lose my eye. She got upset when I told her it’s pinkeye and I am prone to get it 2/3 times a year. I came in with lower back pain and frequent urgency to go to the restroom. I can barely hold my urine and make it to the restroom at times so I figured I have a bladder or kidney infection and I told the doctor this but she only spent two minutes in the room with me And asked me if I got hurt and injured my back and I said no I have not injured my back.
