It was very quit see the doctor but it took me 2 hour set and on doctor
Appointment was at 11:25 was finally taken into a room around 12:15. NP finally saw me at 1:15. Then had to have an X-ray and had to wait till after 2 before being wheeled out to my daughter’s car. It was extremely cold in all areas of the facility.
The staff was friendly and attentive to my care. The process was easy as well.
Everyone was courteous and showed concern. The staff was also very professional and I plan to visit this facility again in the future when needed.

Went a drug screen and the wait time was ridiculous
Doctor was rude and unprofessional didn’t wanna hear what I had to say. Wanted to talk about other conditions then I came in for.

I came for the second time for the same issue, the issue was resolved and referred to someone else , but the staff behind the counter after being checked in was extremely rude . I wasn’t able to get her name but she made a very rude comment As my fiancé was passing by . She said “ if adults knew how to talk and be like adults people wouldn’t be having extra people wanting to be in the back … ect ”.
