I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door to checkin. Front desk very polite and completed my paperwork fast. I was sent to lab and Crystal Hodge very polite and explained to me as to what would be done first. Once completed she was very efficient with the paperwork. The doctor came into the exam room but didnāt really discuss any of my symptoms. Although I reported I thought I had a cold and my son had been diagnosed with strep throat the previous week, the doctor announced I had allergies that had led to my eye infection and wrote a script for an antihistamine and an eye ointment. I would have preferred eye drops. But was not given that option. The eye ointment is very messy and burns and itches, a problem I have not had with eye drops.
