The staff was friendly and attentive to my care. The process was easy as well.
Everyone was courteous and showed concern. The staff was also very professional and I plan to visit this facility again in the future when needed.

Went a drug screen and the wait time was ridiculous
Doctor was rude and unprofessional didn’t wanna hear what I had to say. Wanted to talk about other conditions then I came in for.

I came for the second time for the same issue, the issue was resolved and referred to someone else , but the staff behind the counter after being checked in was extremely rude . I wasn’t able to get her name but she made a very rude comment As my fiancé was passing by . She said “ if adults knew how to talk and be like adults people wouldn’t be having extra people wanting to be in the back … ect ”. Front desk very rude and did not check me in until after 6 other people even though i arrived first
I to Fast Pace because I have a upper respiratory infection and was wanting an antibiotic to help me recover. I had a virus over Christmas and what seems to happen every time is I end up with an upper respiratory infection. I explained that I got the virus from my young granddaughter and that her dad had it as and they both were tested for the flu, Covid and RSV and were negative for all of them.
