Very good experience felt very carded for
The Front Desk staff was friendly and efficient. She has a pleasant smile. The Provider was thorough in her examination, and listened to my concerns. She swabbed me for COVID, Flu, and Strep. I was positive for Strep. She e-scribed the antibiotic and gave me a note for work to be off 2 days. I appreciate her being professional and thorough in a time the clinics were overwhelmed with patients.

Rather a long wait time. The doctor that saw me over talked me when I was trying to explain how I felt. And I didn’t care for his tone either. He should probably try another profession

Doctor and staff are amazing, professional and caring. But the entrance door which slammed anytime anyone would enter or exit it, made the waiting area quite an uncomfortable experience when being sick with the flu.
This was the most awful experience! I made an appt for 2:06 and arrived at 1:45. I wasn’t finished until 4:15!!! They gave me the run around the whole time. They kept saying “we will be with you shortly”.haha The provider was with me 10 minutes after me waiting over 2 hours to be seen!(She was very nice.) I had pink eye due to allergies. Simple visit. Ridiculous waiting time!!! What was the point of making an appointment??? No way will I ever return there!!

It was very quit see the doctor but it took me 2 hour set and on doctor
Appointment was at 11:25 was finally taken into a room around 12:15. NP finally saw me at 1:15. Then had to have an X-ray and had to wait till after 2 before being wheeled out to my daughter’s car. It was extremely cold in all areas of the facility.
