I will never go here again the nurse practitioner Mary is absolutely clueless as to what she is doing. She has misdiagnosed me and my family members multiple times. I went in for pinkeye because my doctor was booked. She did not listen to me. She put a solution in my eye making it worse. Told me I was going blind and going to lose my eye. Staff rude and it takes to long to be seen even after setting an appt
I came in with lower back pain and frequent urgency to go to the restroom. I can barely hold my urine and make it to the restroom at times so I figured I have a bladder or kidney infection and I told the doctor this but she only spent two minutes in the room with me And asked me if I got hurt and injured my back and I said no I have not injured my back. STAFF WAS VERY MATTER OF FACT,,, TALK DOWN TO ME AS IS I WAS A PROBLEM FOR THEM TO BE HELPING,,, I JUST DID APPRECIATE THE UNDER TONES OR DEGRADING ATTITUDE THE CARE WAS ON THE OTHER HAND GREAT, I WAS TESTED AND DIAGNOSED QUICKLY AND GIVEN PRESCRIPTION. I WILL GO SOMEWHERE ELSE NEXT TIME WHEN I CAN BE TREATED MORE KINDLY

It’s not fast pace as it says! When it was my turn to be called back they skipped me until I spoke to front desk clerk & after 5 minutes she brought me back. However, it took over 2 hours to get to room. Then a total of 3 hours being there. I’m not going there again or referring anyone!
