Mike was experiencing shortness of breath yesterday and was seen after a couple of hours, reassured that it wasn’t his heart, but advised to come in next day for Xray of his lungs. He was very satisfied with his experience and gave a 5 star rating that day. TOTALLY DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE TODAY! No other patients were there so he expected it would be fast and I elected to stay in the car to call a friend therefore I have a record of when he entered the building.
