Arrived for our appointment at 10 minutes early didn’t go back till 45 minutes after our appointment.. took the nurse 30 minutes just to get vitals because she didn’t like using a certain machine, because went chops was too small for the other. My 7 months old son was very sick, fever, snotty and coughing. Sickest he’s ever been said all test were negative. Said it was upper respiratory and couldn’t give him any medicine. The people was nice but the facility was very very dirty! Pretty sure it hadn’t bn swept in weeks. Windows was so nasty on the door you didn’t even want to touch them.

Waited over an hour in room 8 with no visit from staff other than the initial vitals taken first thing. A person should not have to wait that long without any communication from the staff or doctor. Which is why I left disappointed

The nursing staff was extremely nice, however the Doctor literally spent 2 mins with us and walked out. She was not very thorough about anything. Simply stated he must have a virus and gave him a antibiotic
