Seem like nobody listened to nothing I had to say. They knew my body better than me. Worker and patient kinda had words before I even seen a doctor. Didn’t like how worker talked to the lady. I doubt I ever go back!

Very long wait, and when they checked my 1 year old for Flu they jabbed him so hard his little nose was bleeding. Won’t be back! Was the only place open on a Sunday so had no other choice, next time will choose the ER.

The front office staff and the nurse doing triage was nice. The nurse practitioner that saw ky daughter, i truly question his ability to practice medicine. He didn’t give my daughter the full exam she was needing to properly be treated. He was in a hurry to get out of the room while talking to her. I am very disappointed in the care received.
It was disgusting to hear the lady at the check in desk talk about how she only wakes her hair once a week. And uses her hair’s natural oils to slick it back into a ponytail or bun. Especially nasty when people are in there that are already nauseated and on the verge of vomiting. She needs to be reprimanded and needs to be professional. And she should be talked to about her own cleanliness. No wonder people get sick. I almost left due to her. The Nurse practitioner did a good job.
Spent 2 1/2 hours for Dr to tell me I had sinusitis. No antibiotics even though I have COPD and she said there was a lot of wheezing in my lungs. Went elsewhere and got antibiotics that I needed and am coughing a lot of stuff from my lungs. Finally feeling better.
