Spent 2 1/2 hours for Dr to tell me I had sinusitis. No antibiotics even though I have COPD and she said there was a lot of wheezing in my lungs. Went elsewhere and got antibiotics that I needed and am coughing a lot of stuff from my lungs. Finally feeling better.

just took over an hour for one strep test
I had an appointment at 9:24 am wasn’t seen until 10:30 am why bother making an appointment if it’s not punctual
Scheduled an appointment only to be left waiting in the uncomfortable lobby for 1 1/2 hours. Was taken to the back then made to wait another 1/2 before finally being seen. What exactly is the point in scheduling if you’re still be treated like a walk-in? Sitting in the uncomfortable chairs, under the blinding lights, listening to children scream in the lobby did not help with my headache, nausea, or fatigue. If someone schedules, then actually meet that time. Otherwise, schedule them 1 1/2 later so they don’t have to wait.
Front desk women and women who takes ur vitals is rude front desk women yells across the waiting room asking people different questions and leaves the room in confusion because she don’t say names and is not friendly at all

Brought my daughter in yesterday with negative strep take her to her family doctor today bc she was feeling worse! She’s got STREP this is the 2nd time we have had a bad experience so we won’t be back !!!!
