Some workers were nice doctor was kinda sarcastic and not nice.
The wait was relatively short. Our nurse was very friendly, professional and quick. Christine, NP came soon after. She told me diagnosis, explained the whole process of treatment and gave us some time to ask questions. She was very professional and focus. Thank you

The service was awful. They seemed not to care whether they helped you or not. If you need medical attention go elsewhere.
I arrived at 5:25 pm- receptionist had to ask dr if she had time to see me- I wanted to be checked for strep- no patients were in waiting area- I was the only one there- she agreed to see me but there was nothing fast paced about it- I ended up leaving at 6:15- long time for no other patients to be around- I waited in front for approx 15 min and then in back for about 30- I could understand it if there were other patients, but I was the only one there

I have a grade 1 tear in my A/C joint since 2020 that I injured while serving in the Marines. I needed a prescription refilled (that I have gotten from you guys before in the past multiple times. ) The last time I had it filled was like 5 months ago, I haven't even needed it since then, but my shoulder started hurting again really bad a couple days ago, and I needed a refill for it. I had a scheduled appointment confirmed both with multiple texts and emails. When I arrived, ON TIME, I told the girl at the desk I had made an appointment. She directed me to check in to the kiosk at the desk and she said sit down and wait. 35 minutes later she called me up and said I needed to fill out the paperwork to which I replied that I had done it when I made the appointment online.
