The MA and PA were phenomenal. The PA took his time to really listen to us and examine our son and make sure that we knew all of the risks and benefits of him taking steroids for treatment. The front desk personnel unnecessarily charged us for a Covid test, which was not needed because he already tested positive and we were seeking treatment for complications due to Covid, forgot to run the charge for it at first and so ran my card a secondary time for $35 and then was unable to refund it day of. All I had was a drug tests. I got there at 8:30am got checked in and said it’ll be 9:15 i wait for 2 hours

I went in to get tested because i have been sick for the past week. I was positive for Covid and Flu A but the nurse never even mentioned the Flu A, just the covid. She was very rude overall. Her name was Heidi and she was extremely unprofessional. She would ask me questions about why i was there and almost immediately cut me off as i would start to speak.
