This goes for 2/6/23 and 2/7/23. I went in and was getting treated for gout on 2/6 they prescribed me a medication told me if it did not work to come back, and I took it as directed. It did not work. It is ironic that this is called Fast Pace, as there is nothing fast about it. I understand we are in a pandemic and raging flu/cold/every other virus season, so wait times might be long. The issue is that the company’s system tells you that you are number 1 in line, and then you still have to wait 2 hours to be seen. If I made a reservation online and did all the paperwork ahead of time and I’m first in the queue, why am I waiting 2 hours in the waiting room? I came to the clinic for one reason: to be drug tested for a new job. I felt like the forms I had to fill out required way too much information or why I was there. Emergency contact, pharmacy preference, personal physician, etc. was way too much info needed just to come in for a drug screen. My future employer instructed me to go to Fast Pace for a drug screen and it was not my intention to become a new patient there, so it was frustrating to fill out all the mandatory information that wasn't really needed.
