I’ve had positive experiences in the past with Fast Pace, but I’m not happy at all this time. I came here 2 days in a row miserable & sick and was told it was just bad allergies, & was given nasal spray but told there’s not a whole lot they could do. 6 days later I’m still miserable so I went somewhere else for a second opinion and was told it’s a sinus infection! Very disappointed.
The front desk staff and the nurse were very pleasant, and I greatly appreciated the quick service. However, I was extremely disappointed with the beside manner of the Physician Assistant. He was knowledgeable I’m sure, but I found him to be curt and rude. He did not wash his hands in the exam room, and he did not introduce himself, nor did he attempt to communicate with me or my young son, who was the patient. Used to think it was a great place with doc pat , but the male doc there has caused us to really hate the place. The last time we were there the male doc was rude, and didn’t really seem to care as he claims to have had a busy day. Mind you this was before the big flu outbreak. Having difficulty swallowing all he did was palpate 4 spot on the stomach and listen to lungs and say I’m referring and didn’t even take the time to really do an exam that he should’ve and tried to more or less just shut us up and push us out. RecommendedReceptionist was extremly nice. I have been to this location several times. The last visit (different doctor) I felt like the doctor was being kinda judgemental and uninterested. Not to mention some staff (in the back) laughing about another patient who had called in with some concerns and was returning for another evaluation. I have worked in the medical field.
