All I had was a drug tests. I got there at 8:30am got checked in and said it’ll be 9:15 i wait for 2 hours

I went in to get tested because i have been sick for the past week. I was positive for Covid and Flu A but the nurse never even mentioned the Flu A, just the covid. She was very rude overall. Her name was Heidi and she was extremely unprofessional. She would ask me questions about why i was there and almost immediately cut me off as i would start to speak. This was my first time visiting an urgent clinic because my PCP was closed this weekend. The nurse/MA was great. The overall visit was slow, with the majority of my Saturday spent there. I spent the rest of the weekend in bed and was unable to return to work today. I planned to go, but I was up multiple times last night coughing even after taking the medication and still did not have a voice (which is a necessity for my job).
