The nurse and doctor came in to treat me in a timely manner. The nurse was also very kind during the procedure she was performing

I had to wait 2.5 hours to see the doc and the sinus shots hurt really bad I have never had a shot to hurt so bad the meds must have been cold I couldn’t hardly walk out of the office and I hurt for an hour or two after I got home I had to hold on to the wall when I left the office and stand bent over the hood of me car for at least 15-20 min I couldn’t get in the car that was my experience !!!!
Waited over 2 hours to be seen. Had a sore throat was told to gargle with salt water 3 times a day. His throat was still hurting yesterday Jan 3, 2023 I called the office had to leave a message because I wanted to know if any test were done because his great grandmother took him. I still haven’t gotten a return call so I could ask. To me this is poor service. Also no paper on the exam table just everyone’s germs on top of germs.
They forgot about us. And when I said something about it , then surprise we were next…. Didn’t make any sense to me. We were 6 in line when we got there and then all of a sudden we couldn’t see our place in line. They told me they put people in line in order of when they register, well I registered like 3 hours before our time and somehow my son got push back another hour. I had to wait over an hour after scheduling a visit online. I had to wait a long time in the room also. Overall I was there over 2 hours. When patients are sick that is not acceptable. Hire more doctors if necessary.
