I do not like this place. 1) The wait is SO long. I think it might be due to staffing. There are only so many employees and I guess they all have to fill out paperwork in between patients. Customers seemed to be frustrated with the wait both times that I visited the facility. 2) They downplayed my illness. I understand that coming to an urgent care clinic with just a cold might seem superfluous. (It was 4pm and the university's doctor office was closed.) But, that does not mean that I am not important.
