Fighting kidney stones I called the phone number listed and the phone rang nonstop but the website said that they were open so I traveled 22 miles down the mountain from Sugar and walked in only to be told that they don't take walk-ins and that I would need to make an appointment for tomorrow. I told her of my predicament and how the pain was excruciating to it she said we don't prescribe any type of pain medication at our facility. So slow. I arrived at 9a and it's 10a, still sitting here. There are only four patients in the waiting room. Walking out. I'll find somewhere else to be sick.

Waited in their lobby for 2 hours before I was seen by a doctor. They knew I was in a great deal of pain with a uti. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Very disrespectful and don't really care about your well-being.

Got here at 7:05 pm for earache on a Friday night. Told I couldn't be seen because I didn't have an appointment. I am a little confused about that considering the door says no appointment required and it closes at 8. Went home with an earache:(

Unfortunately, I had an awful experience here yesterday. I fell while running on Wednesday. I really hurt my ankle, was in a ton of pain and had swelling and bruising. I couldn't get an appt the next day, so I stayed off of it Thursday and got an appt Friday. I went in yesterday, had an rude experience with the receptionist, but that's not the worst part. I've had good experiences at this location before, which is why I hate having to write this, but it's gone downhill. The receptionist was incredibly uninformed and made the visit unbearable because of it. First, she claimed that my insurance wouldn't be accepted, which I know is false as it has been accepted at this location this year. Then claimed I would need to pay out of pocket for a rapid Covid test, which she claimed would be $500... I got stung by a hornet above my eye. One side of my face was swollen and I knew I needed steroids. When I explained and they could clearly see how my eye was swollen shut, they told me they do not dispense steroids inn the most apathetic way possible and that I needed to go to Boone Hospital emergency. Just what exactly is your purpose? I was furious.

Came to urgent care told me couldn't take me. Till tomorrow morning. Appt at 915. Came in 15 minutes early still here haven't been seen it's 1030 already bs. Horrible service said only one physician seeing people not my problem

Terribly slow but staff was nice. Inefficient check in despite prior online registration.
