Check in online & when I arrived they tell me it’s going to be over an hour wait just for a pre-employment drug test. Ridiculous.
Terrible service...made an appt online to reduce the wait time...still waited 2 hours with no end in sight before finally leaving - what’s the point of scheduling an appt online if you still have to wait all day to get in.
I would give it more stars but the office manager had no sense of customer service at all. She was disinterested and not helpful. The nurse practitioner was very clear and helpful.
I come in at 12:20 for a simple drug test. Guess what? I'm still in the waiting room. There was one other client in the waiting room when I come in, and they just left. Come on people I need to pee. In the end it took them an hour and a half to see me. The drug test took five minutes. Not cool.
It's thanksgiving, my grandmother needed a stitch put on her head and they locked the doors on my mom as she tried to get my grandmother out of the car. Pathetic. Now my mom has to sit in a hospital ER to get my grandma the care she needs.
