I have visited here many times, and every time I've come in I've had to wait hours. It takes way longer than the expected time and given that the place is called fast med, you would think you would be in and out. Aside from the long wait times, when you call up there for questions and/or lab results you can't reach anyone there. I have tried calling multiple times throughout the day and every single time I've been on hold for 10 minutes or longer which it then sends you to voicemail. My daughter JUST went there and promptly left. She is sick, might have COVID and goes there for a test and care. Their tablet that they gave her to fill out her info on wasn't working so she took it back to the desk the one receptionist or whatever she is says to another "well she'll just have to fucking wait then". This persons name is Sharon, and we will be filling a formal complaint with administration/state on Monday. How dare you Sharon! I went in sick as a walk in and they would not see me because of a bill from 2012, 7 YEARS AGO! The lady at the front desk could not even explain to me what the bill was for and could not get me in contact with anyone to figure it out, very rude as well. What kind of urgent care turns away patients. I will never return here, they do not care about their patients well being

Only 1 doctor and 1 receptionist working...came in and made an appointment for 2 hours later...waited 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. Fast should not be a part of their name...

Called at 3:45 and said they were closing at 4:00. Showed up at 3:50 and got turned away. Had a sick 7 month old baby that was sick. Staff was very rude and didn't give a damn. That was BS.

Not a great experience with a 1 year old. They took all of my billing information and when the Doctor and Nurse came in for the examination, they didn't have equipment that was fit for a child and were unable to make my child comfortable enough for an exam. They didn't even touch her (no blood pressure, couldn't check for fever, and made a diagnosis based on a visual look). I was in and out of there in 15 minutes with a "guess" of a diagnosis and then billed my insurance for 275 dollars. I could have given her the same ... read more

While most of the service I have receive here has been excellent, I have had two horrible experiences. In January, I went in complaining of shoulder pain after a slip on ice. They walked me through ranges of motion and then the doctor told me she believed it was a muscle injury. She then ordered for me to have an x-ray but instead of a shoulder one, she ordered a chest x-ray. There obviously was nothing to be seen since there was nothing wrong with my chest and then instructed me to get a deep tissue massage. Two months late... read more

My employer has been sending me here for a work injury, and my last 3 visits were fine- everyone is nice, fairly speedy compared to going to the ER, and very sterile. The nurse practitioner leaves something to be desired- she comes in, does her assessment, gives me nothing for pain- not even Tylenol (Pulled back muscle). We have been there 3 times the customer service was so terrible we left to go to App Urgent Care which treats patients who don't feel well very with compassion.Fast med urgent care treats their patients like they are a nuisance.
