I will leave one star because the 1 time I've been able to walk in and have my daughter seen, the doctor was excellent. They tell you it's by appointment only, no walkins But you can never schedule same day appointments. It's no different than a regular doctors office, so why call themselves urgent care? It has been this way since covid. I've tried early morning, and right before closing to walk in and be seen and it's always the same. youre better off waiting for your regular gp. Don't waste your time or money

This is literally the worst place i have ever been. They say they do walk ins but they don't. I went in hunched over and bawling in pain and had to wait in a line for an hour before they told me that they don't do walk ins and i need to leave immediately. The staff was beyond rude and just wanted me to leave and stop bothering them. I have no idea how this place is still open, save us all the time and shut tf down words cannot explain how extremely terrible this place is. if i could give negative stars i would

on the door says no apt necessary however you go in and have to have an apt. it would be very helpful to add that on website and on your automated line. this could have been resolved by this place instead had to go to ER.

So when reading and interpreting the word "urgent" I would expect that to mean fast or sudden. Now at this "urgent care" there are 0 WALK INS. Yes this is an urgent care, yet people who need urgent attention but don't believe it requires the hospitals attention have to book an appointment. If you want something checked or looked at and you haven't lived in Boone your whole life, you're out of luck. This is probably one of the worst towns when it comes to medical attention.

This is NOT an urgent care facility, and they do not take walk-ins even if their waiting room is empty...

HORRIBLE customer service. Honor Health needs to stop affiliation with this urgent care facility as it's not URGENT nor do the provide CARE. It's not consistent with the care I get from Honor Health. I SCHEDULED an appointment for 12:30 on Saturday so I wouldnt have to wait with the walk-ins. I arrived on time for my appt & they told me there would be a two hour wait at the location on 127th Ave & Bell in Sun City. I asked why I had to wait when I had an appt. She said, "oh that's not a guarantee you will be seen then."... read more

I've had the flu for about 4 days, wasn't kicking it so I was going to go for a quick visit to the urgent care and make sure that was all thar was going on. First problem is that it's a FASTmed URGENTcare! I call and they say they can't take a walk in so I make an early morning appt for the next day. I go in, fill everything out (15 minutes early) and specify I just need a flu test. Needed a sports physical for my child. I went on the website and made an appt. Went in the next day for the appt and was told it would be a 2-3 hr wait even with the appt. When I asked why, I was told they also take walk ins and everyone is seen in the order they arrive. I told them this makes no sense this is the whole point of an appt so we didn't have to walk in and wait, he just said this is they way they see there patients. I will not be back and will take my business elsewhere.
