I don't even know where to begin... The only reason I rated this experience with 1 star and not 0 is because I was in and out within an hour. I came in for a basic employment physical, against my gut feeling and previous bad experiences with this location and FastMed in general because I did not have the luxury of time and its literally right around the corner from my house. I received a bill from FastMed after my insurance paid. I immediately went over to their office and paid the bill in cash. A day later they sent me a billing statement saying my account was 30 days overdue and warning about collection activity. I went back to their office to get a statement showing I was paid up and was told to contact their Billing Office. I called Billing and was forced to leave a message. 24 hours later I called Billing again and was told that Billing does not issue billing statements; only Medical Record... read more

My husband had pain in his left side and arm,so to make sure it was not heart related we decided to go over to FastMed Urgent Care.It was 7 p.m. and I knew we would spend a long hours in a waiting room in any Hospital's emergency room,so the FastMed was our better choice.We arrived for our appointment at 7:15 p.m. Yes it was an empty waiting room and we were the only ones.My husband went inside to see the doctor.He came out in less than 15 minutes.Apparently the one and only EKG machine did not work and besides taking his bl... read more

I went to the FastMed in Clayton on HWY 70. What a rip-off. They charged me over 180 dollars for a P.A. to remove a tick head from my muscle. I will not go back to any of the Fast Meds
