I went there for lab tests and asked for the price including lab costs. A couple months later I get different bills from both fastmed and the lab with completely different amounts. Hidden fees everywhere. Horrible experience.

This is the worst and most unprofessional experience ever , I was never checked in, I was here total of 3 1/2 hours for a corona test nothing was done correct but the test. I arrived at 11 and at 2 pm I'm still waiting. Never come here just use your insurance and go to the hospital.

I had an appt at FastMed in Mesa AZ - Power rd/Superstition springs I arrive as requested - at least 10 mins early. Had done the online check-in, uploaded my insurance and ID. I waited in the waiting room over 25 mins and then they moved me to a room...35 mins later i opened the door and a Dr. was just outside. I told him I had an appt and hour ago....said sorry, haven't looked at your chart. I closed the door and called my husband to advise i still hadn't been seen. My husband and I were in town to visit an elderly family member. While there, my husband developed severe pain in his stomach and could not urinate. We went to this urgent care location and the doctor didn't even touch my husband and just diagnosed him with a urinary tract infection. I understand that listening to a patients symptoms can tell the doctor a lot of information but never even touching his stomach to see where the pain was coming from or performing ANY kind of exam is UNACCEPTABLE. I went to the Hickory,NC location with flu like symptoms. Doctor that saw me said it was a new virus that's been going around. Prescribed me some drugs for the symptoms that I used for a whole week but my condition got worse. I went in again and saw a different doctor. This 2nd doctor told me the drugs I was prescribed caused me to develop a sinus infection on top of the viral infection. Great! I went in to get better only to get worse and was charged a ton of money to be seen 5 mins by a doctor that gave me the wrong drugs... read more

While the front desk staff tend to be angels, I can't say the same for the actual doctors. They tend to be rude, snippy, and want to deal with you as fast as possible so they can move onto making money off someone else. It took them over a month and 5+ phone calls for them to finally deliver me my test results. Multiple times they told me that they couldn't deal with me because they had other clients in the waiting room. Since they had already made the money off of me, I was no longer important to them. Monroe nc Staff is friendly. Second time I've HAD to come to fast med. Every time I have to wait for hours! I have been sitting here for 1.5 hrs...haven't been seen yet. Don't be fooled. They are NOT fast. Terrible!!
