Came into this office sick and was met with a very rude front office worker Marie, every question was met with a snark and frown, I have been to this office before and had a great experience during a troubling time. I have never been treated so bad i will be contacting their office to follow up this young lady can is not the norm for this office and how they treat their patients.

Very dishonest and terrible service. There are many more like this in the area. Go to those instead. Billed my credit card before I even saw what I was being billed for. Also told me they wouldn't charge it and then went ahead and did it anyway. Worst service I have ever receiced. Doctor wouldn't listen to me and seemed in a hurry to get me out the door. Strongly suggest going somewhere else.

Awful service!!!!!! Waited nearly 2 hours and still waiting to be service. No one cares there is no urgency about seeing patients. The place closed an hour ago and we are still waiting for service. Will never ever ever come back here. My daughter duly noted that the place is called FASTMED but there is nothing fast about it!

I had the displeasure of dealing with a PA there named Lisa. She was very rude and talked down to me. What she wasn't aware of is that I am an RN, who is almost finished with NP school, not that this should matter because she should treat all of her patients equally and with respect!
Fast service, clean and streamlines care. However, the PA dosed the prescribed antibiotic entirely too low for an ear infection and my pediatrician was less than pleased, as this is what leads to super bugs. Due to being under dosed, she still had the ear infection 2 weeks later and was switched to a stronger antibiotic which she was on for an additional 10 days.... Two co-payments later - ear infection was gone. Needless to say, I will not go back to FastMed in Harrisburg
