I recently had an unfortunate experience at Fastmed and the issues I encountered with the staff significantly impacted my perception of the facility. I have to get drug screens for the contractual jobs that I take, so I come here very often. The issues that I am seeing is them stopping early or not doing screenings during the times that they are supposed to do them. This place is a joke. I set up an 11:30 AM appointment online on Sunday, October 22nd, for a time sensitive pre employment drug screening because this was the closest location to where I lived that was approved by the company. I arrived a few minutes early, there were 6-7 people in the waiting room. The lady behind the Desk informed me that they couldn't get to me and that I needed to come back on Monday. The staff could do better smh, I would have like to felt good hospitality...didn't feel welcoming here at all, plus what's the point of making an appointment & you don't get seen at a decent time, appointment was for 1:30 didn't get seen until 2:20. Had a 10:45 appointment, but after waiting an hour, I told them to reschedule for later that day because walk-ins would take precedence over appointments. During the afternoon I arrived at 3:15 and again waited a hour. 2 people were already there but 2 walk-ins after I arrived got to see the doctor. Horrible customer service - staff doesn't even acknowledge you when you come in or look at you when speaking to you.

Walked in about an hour before closing and was told they weren't seeing any more patients for the day. Offered me an appointment for the next day but that defeats the purpose of urgent care. Went to a facility 15 minutes away (not FastMed) and was able to get a walk-in.

So incredibly disappointed with FastMed Urgent Care. These days, you have to make an appointment to be seen. No problem, although what is the point of being an urgent care facility if you can't just walk in for care?!? Especially when the reason for going to urgent care is because your needs don't warrant going to the ER. I've had two family members go this to location somewhat recently and the wait times are truly unacceptable, especially with having to make an appointment. 2+ hour waits each time. Came in to get my son checked out . Set an appointment and haven't been seen after 2 hours. People that get here after us have been seen as soon as they got here. They suck at attending people and can't tell you when you'll be seen

Set my appointment for 12:30 show up at 12:20 still in urgent care after 2 hours over pink eye. Do not come here you will wait hours even though you set an appointment.
