We checked in online at 515.we saw a doctor at 815. So my 5 year old with pink eye had to sit there for 3 hours with other paitents. Hope they didnt get pink eye from her.only one doctor and one lpn.and a packed house.also dont like my card held hostage untill insurance pays. Now i have to keep track to make sure no improper charges are made.im goning to cmc urgent care from now on. The doctor was good and careing. Whole business side is where the problem was.
Well, when it's after 7 PM, you don't have many options. I didn't have a stellar experience, but I must say, the 2 ladies at the front desk and the nurse (ECPI Intern) was awesome. My concern was the Dr. understanding it's late and appeared to be a long day for ALL, she was not very personable, which was a bit of concern for ME! But, hey...I'm on my way to feeling better...that's all that matters!
