Love this place! They always take excellent care of my family.
Seems as if the check in process could be stream lined better it takes her about 20-30 minutes to check on each person. ( not exaggerating!) it isn't all her fault (Roberta is her name) as she has to stop to answer phones, greet people coming in door. Handle deliveries etc. I've been here 3 times and it's always like that so not a new finding. Maybe you need a 2nd person up front?? However once I get back to a room the clinical care is excellent. Sarah (PA) very professional and knowledgeable :)

I was very pleased with the friendliness of the lady checking me in. She said that it was going to be a little while & offered me some water. The nurse was very kind & friendly & the Doctor was very thorough & friendly also. Once I made it to the back I wasn't there very long. Just wish the wait hadn't been so long. I got there at 11:00 & it was 2:00 pm before I left.
I wish I had the time to check reviews before I went here, but when your kid is sick, you do not have the luxury of choosing where to go. You would grab the first place that has an opening. That is exactly what happened to us today. I checked online yesterday and booked the earliest online appointment available which was at 12:45pm the next day. This fast med is horrible!!! Would not recommend to anyone. Had an appointment for 11-5-2022 at 2:15 and arrived at 1:45 and they we closed!! Never got a call or email or anything that they were closed. Called other Fast meds in the area and no one new why they were closed!! Never go to this location!!!
Good afternoon, the reason that I'm writing to you is that I brought my daughter in to see the doctor on August 11th. She was complaining of her ear hurting. The doctor on call was Brianna Marotta she checked my daughter's ears and said that her ear infection was in the opposite ear that she was complaining that was hurting and that her cough was just viral.
