My appointment was for 8:15am. They open at 8am. The front desk person was 45 mins late so no one can get checked in. No apologies! Nothing. You got sick ppl waiting and she waltz her ass in there and takes her sweet ass time to start checking ppl in. Very unprofessional and this staff has no consideration for sick ppl waiting. I don't even want to give them 1 star. This place is terrible!

Canada healthcare simulator. Horrible wait and mediocre service. Its fine I dont need to know its a 90 minute wait before I pay for everything Id rather just hear one of the receptionists tell someone else instead and just have shock on my face. No point in having appointments if you're simply never going to be on time. Never going here again

I had a serious eye infection in February. I thought I had PinkEye. I went to the FastMed in Concord, NC. I asked the doctor if she though it was PinkEye. She said 'yes' and called in a prescription for an antibiotic eyedrop. After several days when my eye condition didn't change I went to my PCP who immediately said I had a severe allergic reaction - not PinkEye. During my visit to FastMed I paid my required co-pay. Recently brought my daughter a person of color (POC) in for a Covid test at your location in Harrisburg NC. The test confirmed our fears, especially since her first contraction of Covid led to a severe case of pneumonia. After the diagnosis we asked the provider for the antiviral medication she, "Jessica"stated that my daughter was out of the effectiveness window. I come to this FastMed because it's convenient, not because they are welcoming! When you're in search of care and not feeling well you'd like for the people you see to be somewhat personable. The lady (bald, blonde hair, glasses, thicker lady) who helped me out walked in from what looked like a break, didn't run my insurance the correct way and said I owed $140 as a copay... for a covid test? I have never had my appointment start on-time at this location. While the nurses and medical staff (back of house) are kind and knowledgeable, the snails pace at which this location operates is PAINFUL. Don't expect to be seen for at least an hour after your scheduled appointment time. I'd give one star if not for how kind and positive the medical staff is. In the future, I think I'll spend a little more money and go to Novant GoHealth Urgent Care. Novant has always seen me on time.

I stopped by on a Saturday during scheduled office hours only to find it closed. There was no note on the door to explain why. I will not go here again.

These f-ers made an appointment for the next day and then decided to close that day without contacting us. Clearly no regard for the health or well-being of their patients.

We came to this walk in clinic and the whole day was full. The assistant asked if we wanted an appointment the next morning. We arrived the next day only to find out the clinic was closed that entire day. Pretty shocking business behavior.
