If you need a DOT physical DONT GO HERE if you are over 55….a male and have a neck size of 17 or larger….they will fail you and make you get a sleep study done in order to get a medical card…THIS IS NOT A DOT REQUIREMENT….ITS A FAST MED REQUIREMENT…biggest load of crap 💩….it’s a money scam…now you have to pay for 2 physicals…a sleep study to prove you don’t have a sleep disorder just to get a medical card….STAY AWAY!!!!!

We have been going to FastMed for about 6 years. Today is the last time we ever go there. Between the attitudes at the front desk, the lack of quality care and now the lack of medical supplies to conduct a routine suture. We are done. Don't waste your time with this place.

The staff is very nice, but the wait time is unacceptable. I have had multiple appointments now and have waited a minimum of 30-45 minutes past my appointment time before being called. Today I am at an hour and 15 minutes and counting and they've taken multiple people back who got here after me.

The billing department is absolutely horrible. Cannot connect with them in order to have a claim filed. Do not recommend FastMed

My sons work forced him to get a Covid test due to a possible exposure. Made an appointment here for the test they turned it into a wellness visit, exposing everyone and us in the place for two hours for a simple test Why did they do this? So they can charge my insurance company more money than just a Covid test !!! It’s all about the money people !!

I had good experiences with FastMed until now. I was seen on a Saturday. Diagnosed with a sinus infection and ear infection. I had explained to the PA that the ear had fluid in it for several weeks and I was on two rounds of antibiotics for Pneumonia and still was having issues. She prescribed amoxicillin. When I called 6 days later and told them that I still had symptoms, the PA refused to call me in another antibiotic, steroid or other medication. I requested a call from a supervisor. The worst experience I have had with a “medical provider” ever. The most negligent Nurse Practitioner I have ever encountered. I am an RN and I have seen a few things, and still this was the worst I have seen. This NP elected to call 911 and NEVER TOUCHED MY DAUGHTER. Only the MOA took and retook vitals. My daughter was not assessed & not treated. And I was charged for this visit as well as incurred an unnecessary ambulance bill. Would've rated a 1 if the Dr I saw today hadn't been very helpful. She was great. The visit prior was <1.

Waited 2 1/2 hrs in the waiting room to be brought back to a room to wait 30 more minutes to see the doctor for not even 5 minutes. Staff was nice but wait was horrible. Should get more than one doctor.
