My daughter was denied service at this facility because she did not have a hard copy of her insurance card. She had all the pertinent insurance information and a photocopy front and back of the card (was awaiting a new card from BC/BS due to my recent change of jobs) which has the contact info to confirm coverage. She was not given the opportunity to even be a self pay patient. She was rudely given a handout giving her contact information for the local emergency room at the local hospital. Showed up before 8 so as not to wait in a long line... Doc on staff today went to the wrong location and arrived at 8:18. Friendly and apologetic... But when you feel like dog do do its hard to be forgiving! Place looks clean and we shall see what happens next.

The online check in is absolutely pointless. The CMAs do a good job but the receptionist (stephanie) is the rudest customer service professional I have ever encountered. She does not try to be helpful to people who walk in or who call in over the phone.

The front desk staff is rude and condescending, neither are attributes you should have to deal with when you aren't feeling well. They get two stars because once you get beyond the front desk, they are great. After my most recent visit, being treated like a criminal for not having my insurance card, I will never be back. What a shame.

I went to Fast Med as it is unfortunately the only urgent care that is in my network for my new insurance. Initially, I was more than happy to go to Fast Med because I have driven by the clinic a lot- and it looks very nice and never very busy. My experience was unbelievable. First, the front desk person ARGUED with me stating that Fast Med was out of network for me. I had to call my insurance before registering to inquire again....and when I told her that my insurance company- two different agents- told me that Fast ... read more

This place cares about their time and your money. Not concerned about quality healthcare. There is not a strong enough word to convey my disappointment in this Greensboro facility.

I went there for fever an sore throat on Sat. They checked my throat an ears. They said it was just a cold an gave me fluticasone nasal spray. That Sun. I called an told them my right ear was hurting bad. They never called my back, I had to call them. They said it was normal for my ear to hurt. If it wasn't"t better in 5 days for me to call my doc. Sunday night I had pus running out of my ear. I call me reg. doc. Monday an they said I had a server ear infection. I will never go back there again. It was a waste of time a... read more

I went to this place once before and was completely blown away by how gracious and polite these people were. It was amazing how caring they were then. I went home happy. I went there today and I did not go home happy I drove home in tears. I have severe backpain. Level 10 severe. I brought them my cat scan report and told that pig there what happened and she acted so uncaring and I saw 0 compassion in her eyes.
