Why any employer would use this place for care/worker's compensation is beyond me. i have had to come back 3 times to get seen and each time have had to wait over an hour to get seen. there is no sense of urgency. the business is supposed to open at 8 am and there is a line of people out there door at 8:03 am. i watched one employee stroll slowly to the back door at 8:01 am as if she had all the time in the world. people are coming here already not feeling well. work with a purpose to get them in and out in an efficient man... read more

Arrived at fastned at 12:15...now its 1345hrs and stiil waiting on lobby....one guy was called and friend said the wait had taken 3 hours, this is an example of bad business snd is future prediction of a place that will go out of business. While wainting, numerous people got tired of waiting and got up s left...will try another place nect time

I came in today to be seen and sat here for over 2 hours only to be told that they had no female doctors on staff today and because I am having pelvic pain thy can't help me. If the "guest coordinator" would have looked at my paperwork earlier I could have had the time to go to another location; but now I will have to use the ED since it's a Saturday evening and everything else is closed. I am in so much pain I can barely function and now I have to go somewhere else. I will never come back here again.

My daughter was seen for workmans comp visit. This was in Sep 2015. They have been sending me a bill ever since. I've provided every detail needed for claim. They still send bill and we can never get anyone on the phone to discuss the bill. Doctors and medical staff are great.

I had a very bad experience here. One, the staff are very standoffish and rude. ESPECIALLY, the receptionists. They don't like to listen to you. I had this one receptionist hang up on me when I called to let them know the tx wasn't working. I don't think the PA's know what they're doing either. They seem very young and inexperienced. I'd rather be seen by a real doctor. Please save your money and time and go to a better urgent care. And apparently they can't prescribe certain medications here. I think the only thing that opens at 8 here is the lobby! We were there at 8:40 with one other person in the lobby, he went in at 9:15 and we went in just minutes after. No one exited thru the lobby, no check outs either, except when the patient I brought in came outstanding 9:40. Nothing fast about that? If they have 5 patients, would it take 5 hours???

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Waited over 2 hrs to take a urinalysis. It was a DOT test & legally you only have 2 hours to take test. Told desk clerk & she told me that they are allowed 3 hours. Guess they get to supersede the Code of Federal Regulations

It took awhile to be seen and it was not that many people in the waiting area. I was given a prescription that made me nauseous so I called FastMed and was placed on hold a good six minutes. I gave my issue and was advised that the PA was with another patient and he would call me back. Around 45 minutes later someone from front desk called me and said in order to change my prescription, I would need to be seen again and pay. My visit was not good at all. The woman at the counter was very rude. The systems had went down or something, she made the announcement to everyone and said "well if you are here for anything other than a drug test it will be a minute" so I decided to go and ask her if anything changed could she give me a call....she basically ignored me and then proceeded to answer after I stood there staring she finally answered. No one wants to experience bad customer service especially when they are already not feeling well.
