If I could leave zero stars I would. Went in for a lower level sickness and was only the second person to come in the waiting room. Waited over two hours for the doctor and had to leave because I had somewhere to be (which I told them in the beginning). Very sad and disappointed, I went at the only time I could. And I can't afford to take off work, but now I will be sick this week with no medication. I understand there are people that come in that need immediate help, but it would be beneficial to this facility to hire more ... read more

Zero stars is a better satisfaction score for this very sorry excuse of a business. The receptionist working the front counter was a terrible person. She insulted me and questioned my intelligence by inquiring about my "common sense." I called the facility on Friday to inquire about some appointments they may have for the beginning of the subsequent week. The lady I spoke with offered an appointment for Tuesday at 12:45 PM. This place is ass. Lady at the front was rude as hell for no reason and it only took like 3 hours for the most simple thing. I've been to better bathrooms with faster medical service.

I'm currently sitting here waiting on my partner. We waited 2 hours in the waiting room, and he's now been waiting 30 mins in the back to see a doctor. I've seen at least 5 people come and go ahead of me. This place is so unorganized, the staff is kind of rude. When I asked about the wait at the 1hr mark, was told that the appointment times (which we had a 12p appointment) didn't mean anything. I'd you don't HAVE to come here, DONT! Go to another facility.

TERRIBLE‼ the service is bad, the facility is dirty and the wait time is horrible! wait times are at least 2 hours at minimum and they fail to advise you of this at the time of making the appointment.

The young lady in the front had a terrible attitude when I checked in. While checking me in, a fellow coworker of hers asked her a question and her reply was "...yea, some shit like that". I was flabbergasted that she was speaking like that in front of me (a customer). The reviews were already not great but I would expect employees to do their best to help with bringing the reviews up.

Complete idiots. Had an appointment at 9:30. Went to front desk. I fill out paperwork and go to the waiting room. When I come up after an hour of waiting I ask how long it should be. And they ask me why I'm there? I had a 9:30 appointment. They didn't check me in until 10:45!!!! I work at 11am. Morning being wasted and no one is even apologetic. Ridiculous.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS, SCAM!!!! I recently went to this location for a Rapid and send out test for COVID 19, and had scheduled an appointment and was promised they had both tests available. Once I arrived I checked in and immediately was $135 even though I had insurance, the $100 was a "pre-payment" for tests.
