Be careful of going here. I was there in May of 2025, prepaid for service, and then got sent a bill 7 MONTHS after the fact claiming I had a balance due. People I talked to didn't seem to have a clear answer as to why this was sent out so late, even when I and my insurance paid back in May, so I will never be going here again. Also, the place can be dead, but it still takes almost an hour to be seen.
went in on 9/5/25 because my boyfriend was having crippling anxiety and stomach pain, we are both under 18 so my grandma came with us, when we checked in she asked if she was his grandma and i said no she's mine she said okay that's fine i'll just put her in as his. we waited 2 hours in an almost empty waiting room with people going back who got there way after us, once we finally got back it took 2 hours for the nurse to tell us his mom had to be present and they wouldn't take over the phone consent, the lady at the front d... read more
it been terrible I been here since 1;00 it's now 3:05 and still hadn't been seen for a simple sports psychical I see now why the ratings so low. They claiming there's only one physician which isn't my problem at all very frustrating to get things done in a timely matter on my day off.
The nurse that came to check me was the most rude medical personnel that I've ever had experience with. She blatantly insulted me and rolled her eyes while getting my medical history. I understand that they might deal with a lot of aggravating people. But I was just sitting there quietly answering her questions. THE ATTENDANT TRIED TO FIGHT ME! THE RECEPTIONIST THREATENED ME, then proceeded to say she would come across her desk to PHYSICALLY ASSAULT me, a patient. Following this she looked up my account and shouted to the entire building what I needed to be seen for and my medical history. If you want to get help, do not come here. Horrible staff all around which are rude and act like they could care less about you. Make you feel like they are annoyed you are there to get help. I had flu like symptoms for a few days and my fiance just started feeling the same way. When she walked in and told them she was having chest pains and symptoms, their response is "why are you here for chest pains". I am from out of town and did not know the reputation of this location. Being sick and needing urgent care you really shouldn't have to read reviews... be assured from now on I will. The one star only goes to the office staff and the triage nurse. All of them were polite and helpful. Zero stars go to the Nurse Practitioner. He was cold and aloof. Reception experience only. Rude, terse, uninformative, insulting. If you have another option, by all means take it.
I found this agency online and recommended it to my daughter who was in a local theater production AND sick (probably an ear infection). She arrived right after they opened (2nd patient in the door). After 2 long hours and no help she had to go to her next performance. I get that medical care "ain't what it used to be" but communication is key! Apparently an urgent care makes appointments?
