Came in for quick test, told it would take 90 minutes. Four other people were waiting to be seen. Then when talking to receptionist, she made a comment about what test was being done loud enough for all present to hear. So much for HIPAA regulations and being discreet. Came in on Friday at 6pm. I would NOT recommend this place.

I would give no star if i could. My experience here has been absolutely awful. I'm going on hour number 2 of sitting in the waiting room. After watching 3 guests go before me, i finally asked the receptionist what was going on. Apparently she completely forgot to enter me in the system. I came here to get a quick and simple drug test done for work. I will never come back here. Do not recommend to anyone.

I came hobbling in at 1:00 today with an ankle injury. I was clearly in a lot of pain and could barely walk. At checkin, the receptionist yelled at me, like I was a disobedient child, and told me I needed to "SIT DOWN" and fill out my tablet. I hobbled over to a chair across the room and attempted to fill out the tablet 3-4 times. Couldn't get pictures to work. I went in today for a worker's comp visit to have stitches removed. The receptionist refused me treatment, saying they couldn't see me without the worker's comp company sending a fax verifying they would pay and a billing address. Seems reasonable, except that she assured me that I had to be the one to contact the company. I called all the numbers I could find, spoke with the representatives for the 1-800# and the physical office. It's 8:30am and they are not open. Call and a girl says they can't open until manager gets to clinic, which she doesn't know when.

Don't even bother checking in online because it does NOTHING. You will wait hours. Go somewhere that the online system actually works - especially when waiting with children!

1 h 45 min in the waiting room on a Saturday afternoon. Needed to be tested for flu. They did not go in order; several people who came in after me were seen before me. No explanation, no ability of staff to predict wait time. Don't go here.

The front desk was very rude to me when I did not deserve to be treated that way especially feeling as bad as I do. I am not the type of person that writes bad reviews unless it's really bad... this was. I think people who work in the medical field should be kind and at least like working with people. This front desk lady obviously does not!!!

Dr. Justin Reed is a useless sack of shit. My son, who is 1, hit his head and had a good cut on his forehead with a welt under it. We couldn't decide if it just needed a bandaid, or if it might require liquid stitches. My wife took him to this FastMed, which is the only urgent care in town open until 8 instead of 7:30. They got there about 10 minutes before closing. Without even looking at it, the receptionist went back and told Dr. Reed the baby may need stitches, so Dr. Reed referred my son to the hospital WITHOUT EVE... read more
