Wait time too long, they don't go in order, 5 ppl that came after me got seen b4 I did. I came into a full room of ppl, room cleared out and filled back up, now as I sit here she tells the man that was 3 ppl behind me that he was next, I asked how much longer would it be and she said they are taking drug test 1st, I've been here since 8am....didn't get put in system til about 930....its now 10:37. The guy that just got called back has only been waiting for 45min.

This is the complaint I sent to FastMed on May 4, 2021. They have not responded: I was billed for $18.53 by FastMed's "Request for Payment" dated 3/22/21, following a covid test on Feb. 15, 2021. The bill indicates that failure to pay within 60 days of the date of the initial bill will result in collection. The bill was paid in full on 4/3/21, my check #****. Have been trying to reach the billing department for two days regarding a bill for services rendered on 9/10/2020 after receiving a letter stating balance due of $200. On 4/20/2021 a text was received stating a balance of $326.00. I finally reached a live person this morning. My husband went to Fast Med on Feb. 2, 2021. He gave them his insurance information. They asked for a credit card to pay the copay when they heard from the insurance. Was told they would not charge our card until they contacted us first. Well our credit card was charged $200 without any contact. Last week we received a statement/bill showing our bill was $241 with our payment of $200 taken off and saying we owed $41 more. One problem, it said insurance paid 0. Very similar story as related by ******** (12/21/20). I was told when I called for Covid Rapid Test there was no charge, insurance would pay 100%, otherwise I would have went to another facility. I am not here to complain about the condition of the facilities (not clean, outdated, etc) but rather the bill I received after services. Terrible customer service in the billing department. its like they dont want to get paid
The only reason they get one star is because of the staff at ****** on ******. Otherwise, dealing with corporate to get medical records and itemized bills is time consuming for me, my lawyer and everyone that is spoken to tells different stories on how to get records. My son and I were hurt in an accident, and the records were released to my lawyer for my son, but I am having to jump through hoops to get mine.
