The staff was very very nice. It was so apparent the were under staffed for the rise in COVID testing. The amount of money being thrown out to companies, schools, cities etc... and places like this are scrambling. They had two vitals carts. One technician had to use something from another the other cart. That's not efficient. Talk about efficiency they say sign up on line, yet still allow walk ins. I went in sick the receptionist gave me a form to fill out than asked for my ID since I didn't have one I was forced to go home and get it, I looked for my ID but could only find a previous copy on a USB stick. I went back and the receptionist was like this is expired. She asked for photo ID she got what she asked for, A blonde called us up and said she didn't want our money said things really cold. There is no reason for the front receptionist to have an attitude and have 0 patience. I was having issues with my insurance since it's the new year and she was acting like it was obvious. Having an attitude with sick patients is the last thing they need. Then after we figured out the insurance we had to wait extra on her to figure out how to open the files. Good customer service but they can do better with their scheduling. I was scheduled for an appointment, arrived on time but waited for 30 minutes to get looked at, isn't the whole point of appointments is to avoid waiting?
SO! I had to come in today for a physical and drug test recommended by my new job. Check in was fine, wait was ok, BUT as soon as I was called back everything went to hell. The medical assistant who I believe name is Christopher S. ( no name tag, but I do have paperwork he signed) was flat out rude beginning when he asked me to confirm my information on the screen. My providers website recommended to go to Fast Med. Fast Med website allows its patients to fill out all your information and upload documentation to make the process "fast", so I did my part and uploaded all my information prior to my appointment, I decided to call and find out what my copay is w/my insurance that I provided, (considering my insurance company is closed on the weekends). I'll warn this is lengthy but this needs to be read before you decide to go to fast med. The only good thing I have to say about fast med was the fact that they didn't charge an arm and a leg. Moving forward from that I went in the Monday after thanksgiving for care and their doctor felt around my neck, lit a flashlight in my mouth and decided I had acute bronchitis. She gave me medication and I thought yay I'll be better soon, well come Friday I'm worse, I go back to fast med and this time they decide to take x-rays. My do... read more

This place is the absolute worst. When I came in I went to the front desk to check in and the staff was more worried about what they were going to order in for lunch than checking me in. The PA, Amy, did not even tell me what was wrong she just told me what she called into the pharmacy. The best part of this visit was leaving.

The PA wrote a comment on my daughters physical that prevented her from playing sports per her school. I couldn't even talk to the PA directly, just a receptionist, to explain why it needed to be corrected. Now she is missing sports, and I have to pay to see her doctor anyway. Wasted money and time going there. Then, they didn't stamp the physical form, so they told me I have to drive back to them to get the stamp on there when they should have just stamped it while I was there.
