As a private patient of Fast Med (and as a Dentist who has told some of my own dental patients how pleased I have been with the professional providers) I CAN NO LONGER RECCOMEND THEM because of horrible customer service with administrative staff. They have failed to bill my insurance and have turned me over to bill collectors! Even the billing company tells me the clinic has not billed my insurance. How frustrating and unfair! I made an appointment for 9:30 and was seen at 11:45! One emergency during that time about an hour in. Waiting room FULL including coughing sick person. I will never go back

$100 dollars for the "free" COVID test. Unethical. I wish I had researched this place before sending my husband there for a COVID test (which took two hours by the way as opposed to my ten-minute actually free test at cvs).

I got a covid test in 10/2020 at fastmed **********, NC location. Few months prior my company changed insurance providers. I provided the Fastmed with my old insurance info. It took until 05/2021 for them to bill me because unsurprisingly the old insurance wouldn't pay so I provided them with my new insurance info. My new insurance said it was too late to submit the claim and fastmed promptly sent my bill to collection without letting me know they would do that. Customer Service is very bad here. They don't even have a clue what an x-ray is. The from desk reception was very rude and very cut dry with me as well as everyone. There wasn't a time give for just a x-ray. I was told to just have a seat and she didn't know. Im asking her know what?. If a company sends you at this facility they should be knowable when it comes to medical information. If not don't say we don't take this. And you just told me you don't know. I went in the fast urgent care in ********** NC today which is July 6 , 2021 at 7:29pm and was told I couldn't get seen they was closed but they don't closed until 8pm I'm in pain and really needed care so I'm On my way! To ER now the girls that work up to the front need to fired this is unacceptable if they in pain they would want some help to not to be told they closed just so they can hurry up and get off work early than what they suppose to or making they job very easy doing nothing

I needed stitches on my finger, they said they could take me and when I went in they sterilized it and found out that they didn't have the equipment to stitch me up. They put a steri-strip on my finger to keep it closed and sent me out. I was charged a $103.32 for a Band-Aid and some benzoin. Those Band-Aids cost $9 for a whole box, the benzoin $8 for a set of 6. Total misdiagnosis PA said I had a staff infection gave me RX for cream turns out it was shingles large sore on my forehead pain could have been reduced if treated correctly at time of my visit!! They do not answer phone to listen to my complaint this was in the **** N.C. office
