I visited this facility today and i am very disappointed as the how i was treated,when i enter the building. I understand with the Corona virus,and the pandemic that is going go,but that still don't give the receptionist the right to be very rude and disrespected. Simply put, FastMed emailed me 2 days (2 days!!) before they intend to charge my card for a visit I previously been told I owed nothing.

I called to speak with someone about coming in for a routine check up and any other tests that needed to be done. The lady scheduling me asked for insurance, I said Medicaid. She asked me what kind and I told her I've been there before and that it should be on my file. At that point she stated she would have to get someone up front to help, a woman named ***** answered the phone. I was seen in the office the 2nd week in May which is almost 2 months ago. I happen to look at my bank transactions today and notice a very large charge from them. However in the 2 months I have not seen NO bill. How are you going to charge me with out even notifying me by mail or phone call. Plus I found out that my insurance paid them in full. Plus no one in the office can explain this charge to me. I am very disappointed in them. Me and my family will not be returning.
