Not at all pleased with their office on *****************, though ****** was at least apologetic, the girl who took my urine sample then threw it out was scratchy & unapologetic. I also just attempted to fill out a survey on my feedback for my visit. I answered a 0 out of 10. I was somehow bumped out of the process before I could finish and when I tried to access again, it told me I had already submitted. So, I'm finishing more completely here. I went to the FastMed Urgent Care in Greenville, NC (actual address is ************************************************) today for someone to quickly look at my eye due to some pain around it. I have a $70 copay with ********************** for Urgent Care. I get there and they tell me not only do I have to pay my $70 copay but also a $50 charge because, and I quote" "I haven't met my deductible yet". There is no rating system low enough for this particular entity. I recently received a first and final notification from them for a visit that I made 09/26/2020. I visited their ************** location because I was having severe pain behind my left eye. Upon arrival to their location I was promptly informed the symptoms I was demonstrating could not be treated there and I should go to the emergency room at the nearest hospital. I have been trying get billing codes to submit reimbursement forms to my insurance company. I have been trying for 6 weeks now via many calls (leaving messages always) to multiple billing customer service agents and multiple emails sent with NOT ONE RESPONSE back. They absolutely have the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Not hyperbole... They tried to charge me $50 dollars for a covid test when I called my insurance they said I have no co pay but they tried to say it was for my Co pay. It is so sickening to know this private company is charging people for something that is suppose to be free is you have been exposed or have symptoms. And they also told me that they have been charging people with no insurance $249. This is ridiculous.

My son went in for a covid shot on 6/20/2021. It is now 9/27/2021. I have been trying to get my billed settled since then. They never filed my insurance so I have been charged. I have been calling corporate, the extended business office of fastmed nc, the billing department and the clinic. Either the phone rings and rings and the n disconnects or you leave a message and no one EVER calls you back. This has been going on for 3 months. Fastmed in *********** NC double charged me for X-rays. I have tried to contact them endlessly. I even went back to the office multiple times in vain. Billing never answers and the office manager **** is not returning my calls. I even filed a complaint with the NC attorney general office. Their billing office will never call you back. I regret going here and I will be contacting the news Chanel WBTV for investigation. The Attoeney general will also conduct an investigation. If they charge you for something. What an unprofessional operation. Paid for services at time of visit (Covid anti-body test for travel). Then got a bill in the mail requesting additional payment. Called them 5 times to resolve. Left multiple messages and got no response from anyone. Sat on hold for over an hour only to be hung up on. Called the local office where I was told nothing they can do, I have to call their corporate billing office to resolve. Sent online messages requesting a return call or email... nothing. Worst staff I've ever experienced. The young girl at front desk was the most unprofessional and rude person I have seen especially for a medical facility. I also witnessed that behavior from her with all other patients waiting. This is our first and last time here. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. You won't feel welcomed here and likely get turned away because personal phone calls are most important than medical attention.
