EVERYTIME my son has visited for a Covid test, he ends up getting billed for an office visit. This bill arrives this weeks from a test done in January. I’m not sure what’s going on but they need to train their folks better.
Absolutely terrible, borderline fraud. I went in because I was feeling unwell, they had me sit for almost an hour past my appointment, what’s the point of making one? I was told insurance covered all but $20, cool I paid the $20… 5 days later I get a bill for $379!!! I received NO treatment whatsoever, absolutely no assistance, no medication, nothing. And they never disclosed the insane fees, for again, providing absolutely NO service! It’s a scam and I will spread the word to anyone and everyone I can.
Forced me to pay both my deductible and Co pay when I already met both. I explained that I have fully meet both and pay $0. She rudely said I must pay or no service. I paid but immediately called Cigna and verified they pay 100%. They should not have charged me. Crooked!! After making an appointment for 4:45p, I sit there for an hour amongst a room of 15 others. My girlfriend was recently diagnosed as being covid positive - @ Fastmed - To frame this, she was diagnosed on Friday Jan. 14 2022 - Today's date is Sunday Jan. 16 2022 - She is at home resting - fighting the covid symptoms - she has researched and found their is an infusion treatment that she can get - however to get locally she needs a referral - Since they tested her and I went back for the referral - The Dr there or Provider as the front desk operator referred to ... read more
On 12/30/21, I had an appointment at Fast Med Urgent Care for a Covid test. I was/am very disappointed. My appointment was at 4 pm , and at 5:40 I still hadn't been seen. I walked out furious and disappointed. I don't understand why they have appointments . I'll never go back again or recommend anyone there.
Attend the ****** nc branch on 12 7 21 WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN nothing urgent about them .. ....not a urgent care at all ...it's do what you want with who comes from home 3 hours later ....then tell me ima be last ....NOT .. very UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS....NEEDS TO SHUT DOWN ..
On Monday after cutting my hand, I went to Fast Med to get the wound cleaned and for Tetanus shot. Instead of getting treatment I had the following: * With an injury to my writing hand, and makeshift pressure bandage, had to provide ID and health cards multiple times. I went for possible UTI testing. The staff in************, NC were very unprofessional. The nurse didn't weigh me but rather asked me weight and asked that I not tell anyone he did that. He handed me the thermometer to administer to myself. They supposedly sent my urine for a culture. They were supposed to call to let me know whether to continue antibiotics after results came in. Scam double billing sports physicals. 25 dollar sports physical paid on site. Billed for 52 dollars for "Pole Climbing Questionnaire". I'm assuming they make up things to bill for. Completely ridiculous can't get anyone on the phone. 25 dollars sports physicals turns into 77 dollars. Then Ofcourse billing dispute and time wasted over that. Easy for me to pay but the point of fighting it and showing them they are scamming. These businesses should be shut down for fraud. Insurance fraud. People wake up!!!!
