I've been suffering with severe chest/head congestion, throat pain, ear pain, headaches for 5 days; finally took myself to the doctor after hardly being able to get out of bed, with aforementioned pains & coughing up olive green/bloody mucus out of my chest. If I could give negative ratings I would. Do not go here they are incredible slow I've had faster experiences in the ER. I made an online appointment for 1:15 and left earlier to account for traffic and showed up at 12:30 the woman at check in said that it didn't make a difference I had to wait for all the people ahead of me. Waiting room is incredibly small I don't want to be crammed next to sick people and risk catching something else. Really slow. People are nice but when you are sucks waiting 3 hours suck. Wasn't busy but they are not in a rush to help. Saw 3 people in 2 hours. Guy up front is nice.
Had need for med refill. Filled out paper work taken back put in room and vitals taken nurse shut door and ask her to leave open rooms are very small I have ptsd and I could see 2 PA joking putting in computer work .nurse to PA that I would like door open well come in says go to waiting room we will call you when we're ready for you? What respect very young PA before I even got out of room next patient and mom were trying to come in room? Not military friendly in my opinion.
Extremely dissatisfied with their "services". I went in with possible kidney stones, I still don't know the results because they haven't called me back as promised. I got there in the early morning, checked and referred to a imagining clinic for a CT Scan, the results were sent over an hour later according to the imagining clinic..I called fasted and had to call multiple times before they ever picked the phone up, when they did answer they told me the dr was with someone else and would call me later to let me know if I neede... read more
