Had an appointment for a physical at 1245. It's now 2pm and I am still waiting. The building is dirty, hear loud music through wall. Reception is very unprofessional. 5 hr wait for walk in's, 1 hour and 15 minutes and counting past appointment time. All for a kids school physical. I can also hear staff outside socializing.

I hate leaving bad reviews...and I mean I hate it. However, I have not only worked as a front desk person, but I also currently work in the medical field and I totally get that it is busy and you can get some rude people. BUT! That is no excuse for the front desk clerk to have an attitude with every person she comes in contact with. I asked for paperwork from my visit because of my insurance company. BEWARE! This company is running a scam by overcharging. This is the second time they have overcharged for TRICARE visits. Its only $30-$40 at a time so its not worth the hassle to fight it. They say its the amount TRICARE doesn't cover, but they don't tell you that you have to pay the difference while you are there in the office and do it through billing. They agree to pay what TRICARE offers in order to cover TRICARE patients. Then they go to collections for an additional $25 without you knowing. Its done across their entir... read more
I wish I could give a zero star review. The front desk lady is extremely rude and aggressive. I went in for a pre employment drug screening and it took me an hour and 20 minutes to be seen. They called a lady back for her drug screening that checked in 30 minutes after me to do hers first. Terrible service and definitely not "fast" as their name would suggest.

Arrived at 8:36 am on 2/11/19 with flu-symptoms. My primary care physician had no appointments available. I'm a post-liver transplant patient so the flu is especially dangerous. There wasn't much choice but to go here. The receptionist told me it would be a one and a half to two hour wait. HORRIBLE And INCOMPETENT! The PA that saw my son said it was allergies and gave my 2 year old PREDNISONE and round the clock benedryl . Not only did this make him completely insane and psychotic , he did not have allergies he had SCARLET FEVER!!!!!!!! He had the classic signs of it and she FAILED to see that. The receptionist at this location was extremely rude upon my arrival. I think her name was Angelica. She spoke very loudly and fast during the check-in process. I had to ask her to repeat herself. She then gave me more attitude, huffed and repeated the information. Another customer checked-in shortly after me. She again, spoke fast/ loud and the customer asked her to repeat herself. I came in with hip and leg pain. After waiting an hour I asked the receptionist how much longer it would be. I was very uncomfortable because of the pain I couldn't set or stand long . I will never go here aging. I can't tell you what the point of having this service is. I was seen for a head Cold. They did a throat culture in the facility that came back negative for strep throat. A week later they called to tell me the 2nd culture came back positive for strep throat. I suffered an entire week without medication. At that point I had already road out the illness.
