Garbage. Scheduled online but glitch in their system deleted my appointment. Surly receptionist said I could wait bit didnt tell me that they dont take walk ins except when there are cancelations. Receptionist showed me her track marks, not joking. Go elsewhere
Horrible service. Says on the front door NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY. Then when you go in they tell you its by appointment only! You are not an urgent care! You are a doctors office. Time to rebrand? URGENT CARE=No appointment needed.
Horrible experience with the doctor today she prescribed me a $80 nasal spray with insurance. What a joke. The nurse was nice, doctor sucked!! Thanks a lot b
Rude staff. Excessively long waits even if you have an appointment. The doctors and med staff are great if you can endure everything to get to see them!
If I could give 0 stars I would. Poor customer service! The provider I saw didn't even pretend to care. I don't understand why these people have careers in the health care field and don't have compassion. Please find care elsewhere, they don't really care here.
I've been sitting waiting for this place to open up for over an hour now. Door and website says they open at 8:00 am. It's currently 9:15 no one is even inside the building. Currently four cars waiting for them to open and I have seen three other cars come and go, no longer willing to wait for someone to come to work. Truly zero stars. We made afternoon appointments for 6 kids' school physicals. Online, it said physicals cost $25. They called us the morning of the appointments to tell us that they needed to reschedule the appointments for the next day at 5 PM and that they raised their prices to $89 that day. we arrived at 4:45 PM before our scheduled appointment and they were closed. Their door states that they remain open until 8 PM on Friday's.
This facility should be open at 8am. it is 8:20 and not a soul is here. This is supposed to be a professional medical place of business and there is no staff here to open the door or answer the phone. I would to give zero stars if the option was available. This makes no sense.
I came in a few nights ago, positive for Covid and couldn't have asked for better treatment. NP and staff were pleasant and genuinely cared. The way I was cared for is what brought me back with my son who is now sick with Covid and miserable. The front desk was pleasant and friendly.
