Why say no appointments necessary when every time I come in to be seen, I'm told that you can't see me until the next day? You have no waiting ever!!!!!! Everytime!!!! this is the 4th time I've tried to be seen here and I couldn't be seen. If I could wait until tomorrow, I wouldn't have came today!!!!! At least other places try to see you or squeeze you in. Now I'm out here sick, driving around in the rain, trying to find somewhere else to go!
You guys are horrible. Don’t ever see a physician and then you just prescribe a freaking pill that does not get to the root of the problem. You also charge outrageous fees. And then when you try to contact billing they are not there and when you leave a message they never get back to you. I tell everyone I know to avoid this place like the plague. What a joke you guys are Jacqueline Richardson. A very disgruntled ex-patient
I do not recommend this place at all over a hour wait just for a simple drug test, workers are in no rush to see patients terrible terrible service

totally sucked had 6:35 check in with at front counter had drugging attitude...first was a 2hour 30 min wait..then she bumped it up to over 3 hour..just so I would not wait. now 7:10 been seen at CVS minute clinic..position Ivy... thank you...
I have been siting here for almost 5 hours for a simple follow up that I had an appointment for and I thought cape fear was bad mean while the provider on call has gone to all her “neighbors “ that stay near her and she knows I am beyond pissed off
I will never ever come here again!!! Between the web site and door both saying they open at 8 a.m. and they really don't open till 9 but didn't unlock the door till 910.
Checked in online, which does nothing. Waited over an hour with zero people being called back. Finally asked the lady at the desk what the wait was, all she said was there was one in front of me. When I asked what checking in online does she responded "nothing when were behind". Uh that's the point of online check in, to reduce the wait. I’m very disappointed with the lack of medical care my daughter received. Last week my husband and daughter went to this facility. My husband had Strep and they checked my daughters ears for an infection. The doctor looked at her throat but did NOT check her for strep throat. They said she had a virus and had to run its course. Here we are a week later and $250 later back for a follow up visit. They checked her ears again and said that she had an infection and a throat swab and it came back positive.
