If you make an online appointment, you'll still have to wait a couple of hours to be seen. My child's appointment was at 10:30. We arrived at 10:00 just to wait 3.5 hours.

Walking into this urgent care felt less like a clinic and more like Jerry Springer without the security. Staff were openly talking about patients and airing out workplace drama loud enough for the waiting room to be the studio audience. Confidentiality? Nonexistent. Professionalism? Missing in action. The only saving grace was Sharon, the nurse, an absolute gem and the perfect calm at the end of a circus...

Once again we used the "make an appointment online" option. My wife and son get there for a 3:45 appointment, was told it would be a 1 hour wait. After 2.5 hours after not being seen my wife spoke with the receptionist and was told "even though you made an appointment, that doesn't guarantee your time, it gets you a reservation." Not only that, she was also told "we have people here for drug tests and other things that don't require them to see a provider. So if they walk in they to the front of the line". I would never recommend this place. It is not an urgent care. It masquerades as one but prioritizes the quick money- sports or employment physical patients over any urgency. They offer appointments, then tell patients they're just time-slots, not appointments. That, although the very confirmation they send calls it an appointment. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere like Carolina Quick Care, or any true urgent care of you need medical help and don't want to wait hours past your appointment time in an ice cold room.

I scheduled an appointment online last night for my daughter for 8:30 this morning hoping she should get in and out a little quicker. However, she checked in at 8:20 and was not called back to see a provider until 9:40-9:45. She was put in a room and seen and done in approximately 5-10 minutes. So here's the thing, whenever I need to take my kids to the doctor I can usually get a same day appointment here, the reason? They let you schedule an appointment every FIVE minutes. Who can be seen in 5 minutes? Like what kind of quality of care is that?? With that being said, the people providing care are ALWAYS phenomenal, I haven't had one bad experience. The place says open 8 AM to 5pm but it's closed and the lights are off. There's no note and no one answering the phone. My husband made an appointment for today at 1 but it's closed and there are other people sitting in their cars waiting too. This is incredibly unprofessional. Not returning here! Find some other urgent care.

Garbage. Scheduled online but glitch in their system deleted my appointment. Surly receptionist said I could wait bit didnt tell me that they dont take walk ins except when there are cancelations. Receptionist showed me her track marks, not joking. Go elsewhere ​

Horrible service. Says on the front door NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY. Then when you go in they tell you its by appointment only! You are not an urgent care! You are a doctors office. Time to rebrand? URGENT CARE=No appointment needed.
