These dumbfucks submitted the wrong insurance code twice. I personally told them after it was denied, as well as the insurance company. They even told them why it was the wrong code. It was for a child 0-10 years old and my child is 11. Ok. They promise they are resubmitting it asap. Well they resubmit it 3 weeks later WITH THE SAME WRONG CODE. Terrible experience ever. I waited two hours for a drug test for my job. This place is not Fast Med at all. There isn't a lot of people in here and the people before me was waiting two plus hours just for a simple drug test. I will never come here if I was just sick and needed to. They really need to do something about this place.
My fiance got hurt at work came here this is our fourth visit here. Every time it is A3 to 4 hour wait ,thing is it's workers comp so she has to come back here to follow up with the case. They seriously should change the name of this place to slow med because there's nothing fast about it . Crazy how she waits 3 to 4 hours minimum and takes four minutes for a doctor to see you . Waited over 2 1/2 hours for a urinalysis, still haven't gotten called back. This place is a JOKE! Watched people walk out and a young girl crying in the lobby. They should change their name to Slow death!
SlowMed and Don't Go Med would fit this criteria. Waste of my time.
A little frustrated with a visit of mine a couple of months ago. I brought my 13 year old daughter in for a foot X-ray. When the nurse took her to the X-ray room she made a quick stop at the bathroom and asked for a urine sample, then continued on to the X-ray room. The rest of the visit went fine. The service is extremely slow, been here for two hours waiting just to get a sports physical. I still haven't been seen yet! Just terrible
