THE ABSOLUTE WORST!! I have been here several times because I wanted so bad to like this place bc it's near my house. I've been here 2x just for a child's physical and I had a problem, letters in the mail saying I didn't pay trying to have me pay twice!! Today I went because I had chest pain, wheezing, dizziness etc. there was one person in the lobby, they were clearly not busy and got turned away with an attitude and zero compassion and told to call an ambulance or drive to ER.
After sitting there for a hour and half with a sick one year old who was very antsy. I was told I still had 2 people ahead of me for rooms. Everyone in the waiting room came in after me, for something that doesn't have to do with people being sick!!! They were there for physicals and drug tests. You mean to tell me that's more important then a sick child!!!! Finally decided to leave and take my daughter somewhere that will help me. Highly disappointed
Went there to be seen, and they refused to call my insurance since I'm a Federal Employee and told me to find elsewhere to go to be seen. Will be calling their Home Office to report. They are sorry there and act like they could careless.
charged me $120 up front just to be seen when i told them i was in the process of being approved for medicaid. i asked about payment plans, as i really didn't have the money to pay for it right now but desperately needed to be seen as i had been sick for ten days and had two hospital visits. they said i had no other options. i was waiting in the room for 25 mins before they came in to take my vitals. didn't seem like they cared at all about my ongoing problems. all they did was a urinate test, palpate my stomach, and listen ... read more

On 08/22/2020 I went to the Hope Mills Fast Med Urgent Care. My appointment was 8:15 and I arrived a little bit after my appointment. The receptionist took my info and asked me to have a seat. By this time there were about 8 people on the inside including myself. I noticed the irritation from the receptionist who's name is Michelle. Had an appointment for a physical at 1245. It's now 2pm and I am still waiting. The building is dirty, hear loud music through wall. Reception is very unprofessional. 5 hr wait for walk in's, 1 hour and 15 minutes and counting past appointment time. All for a kids school physical. I can also hear staff outside socializing.

I hate leaving bad reviews...and I mean I hate it. However, I have not only worked as a front desk person, but I also currently work in the medical field and I totally get that it is busy and you can get some rude people. BUT! That is no excuse for the front desk clerk to have an attitude with every person she comes in contact with. I asked for paperwork from my visit because of my insurance company. BEWARE! This company is running a scam by overcharging. This is the second time they have overcharged for TRICARE visits. Its only $30-$40 at a time so its not worth the hassle to fight it. They say its the amount TRICARE doesn't cover, but they don't tell you that you have to pay the difference while you are there in the office and do it through billing. They agree to pay what TRICARE offers in order to cover TRICARE patients. Then they go to collections for an additional $25 without you knowing. Its done across their entir... read more
I wish I could give a zero star review. The front desk lady is extremely rude and aggressive. I went in for a pre employment drug screening and it took me an hour and 20 minutes to be seen. They called a lady back for her drug screening that checked in 30 minutes after me to do hers first. Terrible service and definitely not "fast" as their name would suggest.
