The service is horrible. Front desk staff consistently has an attitude with you. I do not recommend this Urgent Care.

"Fast" Med is a gigantic misnomer. I've been here a few times for myself and my kids because options are limited on weekends. Even when you're the first person in the door, the wait is still an hour at least. Don't go here unless you're certain you'll die before you can make it to your primary care doc.

Our urgent care clinics are there for you when you need it most, such as on the weekends, holidays and after work and school hours when your primary care is closed. Rather than wait an average of four hours in the emergency room, our patients typically get taken care of and are out the door within an hour. I took my three year old daughter to this clinic for an earache after her doctor had closed. We arrived about an hour before they closed and were the only ones in the waiting area. The receptionist was clearly annoyed there were patients walking in. We were not greeted and I had to stand at the desk for an awkward amount of time, without being spoken to. If I could give this place a negative, I would. I went to Fastmed on April 17, 2017 for stomach and back pain, doctor said I was constipated, he prescribed an enema and miralax, and jokingly said "I hope everything comes out ok" as I was leaving. Enema had no effect. Been sitting here since before 6:00 pm. What's terrible.....they had me go home and await a call and kept my military I'd and medical card. Had to call them and was told there were 2 in front of me.....BULLSHIT! They've let other patients with the flu bug go before me and have not yet communicated the reason for there slow service! UNBELIEVABLY SLOW !! Waited TWO HOURS just to get my id and insurance card back . I haven't even went into the back to get my blood pressure, height and weight checked . The staff doesn't even care about how you feel the staff is REALLY RUDE ! I went here instead of going to MED ONE on Owen dr because I thought it was going to be faster . I was wrong . If you want to wait TWO HOURS with RUDE STAFF THEN BE MY GUEST .

CAUTION: Shady billing practices. They waited 18 months after my date of service to bill my insurance company. Even though they are a participating provider with my insurance plan, once they received the adjusted payment from my insurance they then sent my account to a collection agency for the full amount. I will be reporting this fraud to the appropriate agency. I would never recommend this place, and I work in a primary care practice where people are often referred to urgent care facilities. Nurses here are extremely rude! Wasted an hour of my day only to turn around & leave.
I was the first patient on 12-5-2015. When the nurse took my vitals, my pulse was 160! The PA came in and said, "it must be a mis-read". I noticed on check out that they did not even record that reading! I need an antibotic for a sinus and urinary tract infection. I explained that i needed liquid due to not being able to swallow pills. We discussed crushing them and I said "no" to that.
