Felicia is the best there is when it comes to buying/selling. When we first contacted her we weren’t 100% ready to list but she still gave us her full attention. She walked us through each step and was available anytime we called her whether it was 7am or 9pm. Mike was an excellent communicator. Actually listened to what we wanted and found the perfect place! Always kept us updated. Returned calls promptly! Felicia sold our condo quickly (two days) and at the price we wanted. She and her team are responsive and knowledgeable. Even though we live out-of-state, Felicia handled all of the scheduling and reimbursing of our contractors to prepare our condo for sale. She even provided excellent recommendations since we were not familiar with the area. She is very friendly and professional. She went above and beyond our expectations when our sale ran into issues beyond our control. We would strongly recommend Felicia.

Felicia helped us buy our first home in 2013. In 2017 she helped us find our first investment property. She went above and beyond for both purchases and helped us figure out everything we needed to know with renting also. She even provided a lease, and rent applications for our tenants.
