Felicia helped us buy our first home in 2013. In 2017 she helped us find our first investment property. She went above and beyond for both purchases and helped us figure out everything we needed to know with renting also. She even provided a lease, and rent applications for our tenants. This was my first time purchasing a home, and I could not be more pleased with my experience. Mike was very knowledgeable and I felt comfortable that he always had my best interest in mind. He was very easy to reach with questions, and often checked in to make sure everything was on track for closing. I can honestly say that this was an easy, smooth process. This was the first time I bought a house and Michael helped me through it every step of the way. He gave me a lot of tips on what to look for when buying and ultimately found me the condo I am currently living in.
