Positive-spot on. I have sold a lot of real estate before but have never been impressed by a realtor as much as this one. She is astute and spends a lot of her money on advertisements and marketing. I tried to sell this home for a whole year prior to hiring her as my agent. Once I hired her she had one contract executed with a back up-she overcame the objections and was great at negotiating. I would highly recommend her.

She is compassionate and loves her job. She guides you from the beginning till the end. If you have a question you can contact her at any time day, evening, or night and she always replies. She follows up with you to make sure that you are feeling good about selling and buying. She gives you great support with the whole moving process.
