Amanda was friendly and super knowledgeable about the condo buying process. Gave us great advice and answered all our questions and helped us every step of the way with our new home purchase. Even checked in on us after closing once we were moved in to make sure everything was good. Will definitely use her to buy or sell in the future!!

Felicia listed and sold our lake home in 36 hours for asking price. She knows the market and aggressively priced the house, hitting the sweet spot of pricing. She hired talented photographers and even had a drone pilot take still images of the house and the lake. The entire process was efficient, and she is a skilled negotiator. We were impressed by her quick response to our texts and emails. We highly recommend her, and we will be asking her to sell our primary residence in the near future.

Felicia was great throughout the entire process. When we met her we had no clue if or when we could sell. She was blunt and honest yet professional with us which helped us see how the process was going to work. She kept in contact and answered all our questions very timely. Her and her team were all great to work with!

Mike was great in making sure that we got in to see the houses that we wanted. There was only one that we did get to see but that due to our own schedule. Being that we were making a state move it was nice to pick Mikes brain about schooling and other things in the area. I will recommend to anyone looking to move to the area.

Felicia did an amazing job with getting my house sold to avoid foreclosure. she worked directly with my morgage company and due to her persistence and dedication, she was able to get my bank to agree on the lower amount to seal the deal and I did not have to pay any shortage. Without her, I can guarantee that the house would have ended up in foreclosure. Thank you again for everything.

Felicia recently help me buy my first home. I must say I found working with Felicia to be very easy and enjoyable. I initially described to her the home I was looking for and as my preferences changed she was able to quickly adapt and find houses to show me that fit my new idea of what I wanted.
