Positive-spot on. I have sold a lot of real estate before but have never been impressed by a realtor as much as this one. She is astute and spends a lot of her money on advertisements and marketing. I tried to sell this home for a whole year prior to hiring her as my agent. Once I hired her she had one contract executed with a back up-she overcame the objections and was great at negotiating. I would highly recommend her.
She is compassionate and loves her job. She guides you from the beginning till the end. If you have a question you can contact her at any time day, evening, or night and she always replies.
