Felicia was great. She listened to what we wanted and advised us on the best way to get it. She also made us aware of the dangers that we had not thought about. The listing price she recommended was right on the money with the house appraisal. It was a smooth process from start to finish.

Positive-spot on. I have sold a lot of real estate before but have never been impressed by a realtor as much as this one. She is astute and spends a lot of her money on advertisements and marketing. I tried to sell this home for a whole year prior to hiring her as my agent. Once I hired her she had one contract executed with a back up-she overcame the objections and was great at negotiating. I would highly recommend her.
