My husband and I bought one of Felicia's listings as our first home; she was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with, which, considering how stressful the process is, by nature, is remarkable. Our experience with Felicia from the first meeting to our closing was fantastic! She stayed in touch with us on a regular basis even if it was to check in to see how we were doing thru the process. I was living in Virginia when I got a job offer in the northern Illinios area. Anyone who has ever searched for a home knows just how time consuming and stressful it can be find the right place. Felicia removed a great deal of the stress and time out of the process.
