My husband I were first time home buyers. Felicia made the whole process so easy! She showed us about 10 homes. We were in our new house 6 weeks after we started looking! Felicia knew the Kenosha area very well. Anything she didn't know the answer to, she found out right away. She was attentive & helpful. Felicia is an all-around nice person who genuinely cares about her clients!

Felicia is amazing! She gets the job done! We put our home up for sale and it was sold in 3 weeks. Felicia was very helpful during the whole process. She is very efficient and was able to answer any questions we had. Even after our house was sold, she continues to help us with our new home. I will recommend her to anyone I know selling or buying a home.

Felicia helped my wife an I locate a lot to purchase after meeting her at the open house for Harpe Development in September. We walked away from the first lot because the seller was too greedy, but Felicia stuck with us. We just signed a contract to build our "Dream House" on a property minutes away from where we currently live. Felicia's responsiveness and professionalism was second to none. Felicia helped us to purchase our first home. I was always told that buying a home is a nightmare! Felicia made the purchase so easy and fun. I sent her an initial email and she had responded within 5 minutes, othe agents I tried to contact never even bothered to respond. Felicia went out of her way to help us and respond to questions 24 hrs a day. We highly recommend her as your agent!

Where to even begin! I must first say that choosing Felicia to be out realtor was the best choice for us when it came to finding and purchasing our first home!
