Felicia, is an AMAZING Real Estate Agent! My husband and I were very impressed with her. Even through some bumps in the road, she would always say, no worries, "we will get this done" and SHE DID! Felicia is awesome! We worked with Felicia both to purchase and sell a home. We were actually referred to Felicia Werk by a friend. Felicia and her document coordinator, Sue, are both very responsive and motivated to move houses. Our home sold within 5 days of it being listed with Felicia, which is almost unheard of in this market. Felicia's office knows how to market properties to sell quickly. Felicia is amazing! She gets the job done! We put our home up for sale and it was sold in 3 weeks. Felicia was very helpful during the whole process. Felicia helped my wife an I locate a lot to purchase after meeting her at the open house for Harpe Development in September. We walked away from the first lot because the seller was too greedy, but Felicia stuck with us. Felicia helped us to purchase our first home. I was always told that buying a home is a nightmare! Felicia made the purchase so easy and fun.
