I am the personnel representative for my uncle's home in Wisconsin, I live in Indiana. I had received a postcard in the mail that Felicia had sold some home in his neighborhood. Felicia was a wonderful Realtor to work with. She met with us on a Sunday which was the only day of the week my boyfriend and I were available together. The following weekend she had 4 houses ready to show us, we fell in love with the first house right away, looked at the other 3 and then went back to see the first one again. That night she wrote up the offer and it was accepted the following day! I could not imagine a better experience. She took all of our requirements and hopes and was able to find us the perfect home!
