Felix is awesome because he is very proactive in the loan approval process. He finds any potential issues that may arise and helps you take care of them BEFORE the loan goes to Under Writing. This helps mitigate and risk of delay when it comes time to close on your new home. He was always available and even gave us his personal cell phone so that we could reach him at any time.
