Felix got hold of me and told me he would get me the best rate in town. He kept his promise. Felix presented me with a 30 year fix rate with no closing cost I could not refuse. I ended up canceling with another major bank lender and went with Felix / Chase Bank. Felix was also very personable, he was able to get everyone (seller, escrow and Chase Bank) together to help me with closing the escrow one week sooner than scheduled, which saved me additional money.
