I was a first-time home buyer, I am self-employed, and I needed a Jumbo Loan, all of those factors were things that I had heard horror stories about in obtaining a loan. Felix made the whole process so simple, and was so thorough in the early stages, that by the time we went to Underwriting, there were no unanswered questions. I would not look anywhere else when looking for residential borrowing.
We were looking someone from Bank of Chase and we saw Felix's Zillow reviews, so we decided to give it a try. I think he deserve every comment and every start he has. He is super responsive and upfront with everything. He always tries to do his best so that you get what you want. He gave us a great deal and we are super happy to work with him. If I will buy a second house in the future, Felix will be definitely my first stop. Thank you for the great work, Felix. We really appreciate it.

Felix is an attentive representative of Chase who promptly responds when you e-mail him, makes himself available after business hours to answer questions, and resolves any concern you may have. I already had a lender in place when I first met Felix (18 days until closing) - but with his dedication, expertise, and honesty, I was able to save $$$ in interest by going with him and Chase; the loan also closed on time. Closed the escrow in 10 business days !!! Yes. Felix and his company are awesome to work. Just met him once in the whole transaction and that too accidentally. If you want to close your escrow @ your desk in 2 weeks time, reach out to Felix. He will make it happen. The best part is , he is accessible round the clock and very responsive. Never made me to go in circles or to his office. Just finished everything online.
