Felix helped us with 2 refi's at the same time!!! He kept us informed the entire process and communication was fantastic. The refi process can be a confusing, daunting task and working with Felix made it much easier knowing the details up front without any last minute issues.

We found our dream home and Felix got us financed. Our normal lender said impossible and then we met Felix. He said no problem and got us an amazing rate. Communication was A+ and he was so easy to work with. We bought new home, then sold old and then we paid down the loan and did a refi all with no hassle thanks to him. Cannot recommend enough. He said he was our loan guy for life and he is right!
