Felix got hold of me and told me he would get me the best rate in town. He kept his promise. Felix presented me with a 30 year fix rate with no closing cost I could not refuse. I ended up canceling with another major bank lender and went with Felix / Chase Bank. Felix was also very personable, he was able to get everyone (seller, escrow and Chase Bank) together to help me with closing the escrow one week sooner than scheduled, which saved me additional money. It couldn't have gone any better. I'm a novice at understanding all of the detail involved. Although I have done a few refinances in the past 8 years. Felix did everything to make the experience so easy. He led it from beginning to end and was always there, several times a day on occasion with all of the answers. If I had to compare it to something good, I'd say it was the "vacation" of loan experiences. This guy is cool & preofessional. Thanks Again, Felix! Anthony
