Felix has been a pleasure to work with. During our loan process, Felix was always prompt in responding to our emails and calls, transparent with what documents needed and why, and on our side on every step of the process. Although the rate was locked over 90 days earlier, just hours before closing he informed us that he will be able to reduce the rate by .0125. This is what I call a true customer advocate.

Felix helped us a lot in preparing us for getting the loan we needed. He assisted in getting the needed documents and used secure emails for the communication which made us feel more comfortable in sharing the information. He answered all the inquiries and everything went smoother than I expected. our interest was competitive to others and the closing costs was definitely more competitive.

We used Felix for our most recent home purchase. I had interviewed 5 other lenders and the rates and loan he offered through Chase were by far the best. Beyond the rate and loan, Felix was a pleasure to work with. He was on top of all of our transactions / signings, etc. He was super attentive, very easy to get a hold of and responsive to all of our questions whenever we needed to get in touch with him. We had some issues with the first mortgage company we worked with, and Felix was able to swing in and get our deal done extremely quickly so that we didn't lose the house we were buying. We even still met our original closing date. He was always on top of communication and always reachable when we needed him. Would recommend to anyone!
