A breach occurred and FMCU is not interested in determining the cause. The breach did not involve a loss of funds, evidence was presented and still no explanation.

Could not leave this bank fast enough. First of all, they charge for everything. My debit card never arrive in the mail, and they wanted to charge $5 for each one. I've now requested copies of statements that I no long have access to, and they are $3 each - complete rip off! The biggest headache was the number of times our card was suspended for making online purchases for our business.
